ANTONOVICH, Mayor, Los Angeles County, stated "The residential character of the area surrounding Noyes Elementary School is not appropriate for an alternative high school such as Rose City. I share the Altadena community’s concerns with this potential transfer." In a follow up call, he makes it clear that he supports the program in general, and does not fault the staff that prepared the report.
